Angie Hall



With the founding of Ancora Wealth Partners, Angie Hall has discovered the ideal way to combine her servant’s heart with her knowledge and experience as a financial planner to positively impact peoples’ lives. 

Down-to-earth, honest and diligent, Angie is able to relate to her clients, many of whom have worked hard, saved well and made wise decisions along the way. “Not everyone is born into wealth, but everyone has a dream and opportunity,” says Angie, who comes alongside her clients to help them create a plan, not just on the professional level but on a personal level as well. Angie believes relationships are the foundation of success, and she loves getting to know her clients, building a connection with them, helping them set goals and make consistent strides toward success. Business owner, volunteer, and mother to two boys, Angie is highly organized and is accustomed to managing multiple responsibilities. “I know that life can throw a lot at you, and that success requires discipline and determination,” said Angie. “I want my clients to see me as a partner, coach, planner and knowledgeable resource who can help them reach their particular financial goals.” 

Tabitha Hunnewell

Tabitha Hunnewell is the co-owner and operations manager of World Famous Painting & Pressure Washing and World Famous Cleaning Services, proudly serving the Triad area of North Carolina. She oversees daily operations, customer service, scheduling, and business development, always striving to create a positive experience and deliver work that reflects care, quality, and integrity.



Tabitha chose to serve on the board of Friendship Adult Day because she deeply believes in supporting programs that offer compassionate care, dignity, and meaningful connection for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Her dedication comes from a heartfelt desire to give back to her community and to help ensure that families can feel confident and supported when seeking trusted, high-quality care for their loved ones.

Kenny Martin

It is an incredible honor to serve as a newly elected member of the Board of Directors for The Friendship Center.

Although I am new to this role, The Friendship Center is not new to my heart. For nearly 20 years, my partner, Tommy Allison’s brother, Jason, who has Down syndrome, has been part of this remarkable community. Watching him grow through friendships, activities, and the genuine love shown by the staff and volunteers has given our family a firsthand appreciation for the life-changing work that happens here every day.

The Friendship Center is so much more than a program—it is a place where seniors and adults with disabilities are welcomed with dignity, respect, and compassion. It is a place where friendships are formed, confidence is nurtured, and every person is encouraged to live with purpose and joy.

As a board member, I am committed to supporting the mission of The Friendship Center, advocating for those we serve, and helping ensure this organization continues to thrive for generations to come. I look forward to listening, learning, and working alongside our dedicated staff, fellow board members, volunteers, participants, families, and community partners.

Samantha Loy

Samantha Loy is the owner of Always Best Care Senior Services, a senior care organization providing non medical home care and senior living placement services to older adults and their families throughout North Carolina. She brings more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare and senior care industry, with a strong commitment to helping older adults remain safe, supported, and connected to their communities. Samantha is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and serves as Board Chair of Friendship Adult Day Services. She is also actively involved with the Alzheimer’s Association and other community organizations dedicated to improving the lives of seniors and their families. Her passion for service extends beyond her professional work through community leadership, advocacy, and support of organizations that strengthen resources for older adults and caregivers. Outside of work and community service, Samantha enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two sons.

Margaret Morgan Holmes

Margaret is an attorney and retired Deputy Commissioner of the North Carolina Industrial Commission. She graduated from Duke University and earned her law degree from Campbell University School of Law. She and her husband Edward live in Chapel Hill.

Margaret’s connection to Friendship Adult Day began through her daughter, who volunteered with the program while a student at Elon University. At her daughter’s encouragement, Margaret began volunteering at Friendship too. They both fell in love with program. They were especially touched by the warmth and spirit of the participants and the genuine dedication of the staff.



Even after her daughter graduated and moved away, Margaret continued volunteering at Friendship, contributing more than 150 hours of service. Over the years, the relationships she has formed with the participants and staff have made Friendship a very special part of her life.

Margaret joined the Friendship Board in January 2024 and feels fortunate to have the opportunity to give back to a program that has brought her so much joy.

Laura Rumley

Laura Rumley is a seasoned senior living executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience in operations, sales, marketing, and community management. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations for Harmony Senior Services, Laura oversees multi-site operations, drives strategic growth initiatives, and consistently delivers strong financial and operational performance. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed communities, single and multi-site, developed innovative team mentorship and retention programs, and established partnerships that expanded healthcare access and professional development opportunities for both residents and staff.

Recognized as Harmony Senior Services' 2022 Executive Director of the Year and Sales Leader of the Year, Laura is known for her ability to build high-performing teams, improve resident experiences, and achieve measurable business results. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cornerstone University, maintains an NC Assisted Living Administrator License, and actively participates in the North Carolina Preceptor Program for Executive Directors, serves on the TNCAL board, and Guilford County Farm Bureau board. Laura is passionate about servant leadership, operational excellence, and advancing quality care for older adults.
